ST40B Flexible Guide CNC Gear Shaping Machine with helix crowning and taper for parts up to 400mm OD

New ST40B model offers higher stroking speed of up to 1,500/min, and has a built-in tilting worktable.

The ST series can process any helical gear without the need to replace the guide using program input. Set the desired helix angle in the NC program and process the helical gear.

The ST40B has arc-shaped crowning and taper machining (up to ± 0.3 degrees) are made possible by CNC programed operation.
