ZE40A Profile and Generative Gear Grinding Machine for parts up to 400mm OD

The ZE40A can grind using profile grinding and threaded wheel (generating) grinding up to 8MOD (3.17 NDP). The on-board inspection allows rapid confirmation of ground gear geometry for quick production.

The advanced CNC dresser unit provides automated pressure angle correction via CNC input and bias control grinding.

Complex gear profile and helix modifications are achieved with on-screen graphic input.

Automatic dressing using the full range of available diamond dressing rolls, including double taper, profile and composite profile discs, multi-rib and line dressing.

Included automatic tailstock for manual and automated operation.
